• Can I schedule an appointment with any provider?

We try to schedule your appointment with the doctor who is your primary

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we would like 24 hours’ notice so we can use the appointment for another patient. If you are cancelling because of weather, please let us know as soon as possible. Frequently missed appointments may be charged a fee of $30.
