We will no longer be “in network” for most United Healthcare Insurance.

United Health Medicare expires 1/25/26

United Health commercial insurance expires 4/25/26

If you want to continue to be seen at our office, you will need to contact your insurance and see if “out of network” benefits are available.

COVID VACCINE INFORMATION:

We now have the latest variant of the COVID vaccine, Comirnaty through Pfizer, available at our office.  It does not matter which COVID vaccine you received prior.  The only requirement is that it has been a year since your last COVID vaccine.  Call for an appointment today.
